Tear surgery connects the lacrimal sac, located in the orbit, with the nasal cavity after removing the thin bony membrane that separates these two anatomical areas.

Endoscopy allows us to see the inside of the nasal cavity, this video describes this technique and reveals the anatomy, this allows us to understand the principles of reconstructive surgery of the lacrimal passages that eliminate tears towards the nose.
